Sidewalk Circle Project
- The Grounds Committee has documented sidewalk circles that are in need of new landscaping.
- We are planning to use plants from the Villas in inappropriate areas and transplant them to the sparse circles. Additional plants may be needed after we recover all the "pups" that we can.
- We will also be documenting the pagoda lights that are not working.
- If you have any ideas to improve the sidewalk circles please let us know. A Grounds Alteration Application should be submitted to the office and it will be forwarded to the Committee Chairman.
Landscaping projects
The Four Corner Area
- Plans were made to create another cactus garden at the intersection of Quinta and Penasco. (Four Corners)
- The planning and development is still on going.
- The area design will be aesthetically pleasing as well as representative of various cactus and native Sonoran Desert plants.
- We are working to develop a community library kiosk in this area. We have applied for a grant to establish the kiosk
- A few volunteers who would be willing to do some planting and hauling of rocks are needed to complete this task.
