Welcome to Villas West

Located in the community of Green Valley, Arizona, our campus includes: 672 individual units, 189 buildings, 4 swimming pools and 65 acres of "common area" organized under the Arizona Non-Profit Corporation Act and the Arizona Condominium Act. 

Founded in 1964, Villas West is an age-restricted residential community for full time and seasonal residents who are ready to take advantage of the mild winter climate offered by the southern Arizona desert.

Villas West is governed by an elected Board of Directors that makes decisions about spending and policies, while protecting, preserving and enhancing the value of Villas West.
